JCM doesn't build from templates, stock plans, or somebody else's drawings. Every home we deliver is custom-engineered by our in-house staff architect — 40 years on the same drafting table.
That means budget, structure, and architectural intent all get reconciled before a single board is cut. The plan you sign off on is the plan that gets built — to code, to spec, and to last.
